The Executive MBA program at Thammasat University in Thailand returned to SSM for a lecture on HR trends in Italy for the second year in a row. The lecture was given by Dr. Fabio Bernardi, HR Director, Avanzi , Italy and Dr. Giorgio Pataracchia, HR Manager, Banca d’Italia. Topics ranged from a specific corporate internal “facebook” like system where employees can give feedback and ask for insights on every day consumer questions, to labor force competition, career development and an EU perspective on skills & competencies for tomorrow.
