Swiss School of Management is proud to celebrate an important academic milestone with the graduation of Rosanna Perrone, the first graduate of SSM’s DBA Cohort 1.

Her doctoral dissertation, “Dynamics and eLeadership Practices for Organizational Adaptation and Long-Term Performance,” represents a significant contribution to the study of organizational leadership and strategic adaptation in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.

Rosanna’s journey with SSM reflects dedication, intellectual curiosity, and a strong commitment to academic excellence. She first joined SSM as an MBA student before later becoming a member of the faculty. Continuing her academic path, she pursued the Doctorate in Business Administration, further strengthening her engagement with research and scholarly development. Her progression from student to faculty member and now DBA graduate highlights the spirit of continuous learning that characterizes the SSM academic community.

The dissertation was defended before an esteemed academic panel composed of Dr. Serena Magnanti, SSM Vice President, Dr. Lisa Marchese, Dr. Abir El Saadi, and Dr. Vasileios Margaritis, Dean of SSM Research Center.
