Last week, the Swiss School of Management Rome proudly concluded another inspiring edition of its International Student Week, ending with the students’ final presentations after days of collaboration, learning, and cultural exchange.
Throughout the week, students had the opportunity to work together in international teams, combining diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas to develop innovative solutions and present the outcomes of their collaboration.
This year, the International Week was developed in partnership with ICARO, a young startup founded with the mission of rediscovering and giving a new voice to the wines of the Castelli Romani through a natural, accessible, and community-driven approach. As part of the project, students worked on a real-world business challenge focused on developing a market entry strategy for the Asian market to support ICARO’s international expansion.

The final presentations showcased not only creativity and teamwork, but also strategic thinking, international collaboration, and the ability to apply academic knowledge to real business scenarios.
A special congratulations goes to the winning Group 2, composed by Alejandro, David, Jitse, and Dime, for their outstanding performance and well-deserved achievement.
Beyond the academic experience, International Week represented an important opportunity for students to build international connections, strengthen intercultural communication skills, and gain practical experience by working directly with an emerging entrepreneurial reality.
The Swiss School of Management Rome would like to sincerely thank all participating students, lecturers, partner institutions, and ICARO for contributing to the success of this enriching and dynamic week. We look forward to welcoming even more talented students and partners for future editions of International Week at SSM Rome.
