Another incredible day for our students of the new academic year 2018/19. Since sixteen years, every September, SSMROME students’ have a meeting with destiny. In the previous two-weeks before the Out-door-day, all participants had to go through their Personal Success Profile, under the supervision of Prof. Massimiliano Bracalé and prepare for the big day at the Adventure Camp. The process implies, to deeply and truly go into yourself and do a kind of SWOT analysis about your past with an outlook to the future. The exercises during the Adventure day, where designed to give prove to your team and yourself, to be able and willing to overcome challenges on the way to reach your goals. This is a good training to prepare yourself to an ever-demanding job market and persist on your values and goals.
