Following the success of the first OneSSM European Conference hosted by SSM Rome, Dr. Massimiliano Bracalé, President of the Swiss School of Management, shares a heartfelt message to thank the participants and reflect on the experience:

As I take a moment to reflect on the OneSSM European Conference we just shared in Rome, I feel deeply moved and grateful.
Having so many of you gathered from across our SSM centers in Europe was not just a professional milestone, it was a personal joy. The warmth, the energy, the open exchange of ideas…It reminded me of what makes our OneSSM community so unique. We are united not only by a shared mission, but by mutual respect, care, and the sincere desire to grow—together.
A very special thank you goes to Dr. Ahmed Sobhi, Chancellor of SSM Egypt, and to Dr. René Rueth from the International Management College in Frankfurt. Your presence and thoughtful contributions truly enriched our discussions and made a real difference. It was an honor to have you both with us.
I also want to express my most sincere appreciation to Laura Bolling and the entire SSM Rome team for hosting the first OneSSM Conference. Laura, your organizational skills, and the incredible work of your team, made everything run smoothly, warmly, and professionally. You really made us feel at home, and I can’t thank you enough.
