Degree and Status Authentication
Official Notice from the Swiss School of Management
As many of you are aware, the Swiss School of Management has experienced significant international growth over the past years. With this growth comes exciting opportunities, but unfortunately also increased attempts by unauthorized individuals and fraudulent organizations to misuse the SSM name and identity.
To protect our students, graduates, partners, and stakeholders, we kindly ask everyone to carefully review the following guidelines to ensure that you are communicating directly with the official Swiss School of Management.
Official Communication Channels
The official email address of the Swiss School of Management is: info@ssm.swiss
Any communication originating from unofficial email addresses should be treated with caution and verified directly with our headquarters.
Accreditation & Degree Recognition
The Swiss School of Management proudly awards U.S. State Accredited Degrees that are fully accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC).
DEAC is recognized by both:
- – The United States Department of Education.
- – The Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Official accreditation listings can be verified directly through the following resources:
- – U.S. Department of Education – DAPIP Database
- – Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- – Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC)
Degree Authentication & Diploma Verification
All official SSM degrees issued from 2021 onward contain a secure QR code that can be authenticated through our DiplomaSafe Verification Platform
Please note:
- – If a graduate has not yet claimed their degree through DiplomaSafe, the QR code may temporarily display an authentication error.
- – Every valid QR code is uniquely linked to the corresponding student record.
If a degree:
- – does not contain a QR code,
- – cannot be traced back to the corresponding student,
- – or appears altered in any way,
the document may not be legitimate.
Important Indicators of Authentic SSM Documents
Please carefully verify the following:
Official Logo:
If the SSM logo appears distorted, blurred, altered, or tampered with, this may indicate that the document is not authentic.
Official Transcripts:
Hard-copy transcripts issued by SSM are hand-signed. If signatures appear digitally printed directly onto the transcript rather than signed by hand, the document should be considered suspicious.
Confirmation Letters:
All confirmation letters:
- – must be issued directly by SSM Headquarters in Dalls, Texas, USA.
- – and must be signed by an authorized SSM official.
If this is not the case, the document may be illegitimate.
