At the Swiss School of Management, we believe that impactful education stems from strong, strategic partnerships. In alignment with this vision, we are proud to highlight our collaboration with SwissCham Egypt as part of the SwissCham Executive Education initiative, aimed at empowering professionals through high-level, results-oriented training.

Last month, this partnership materialized in the delivery of a full-day Negotiation Skills course, specifically designed to address real-world business challenges and sharpen practical, actionable competencies. The program was offered to teams at Lafarge Egypt, a company that continues to demonstrate an admirable commitment to professional growth and talent development.
Led by Dr. Ahmed Sobhi Hamidou, Dean of the Swiss School of Management Cairo, the session provided participants with the tools and confidence needed to navigate complex negotiations and achieve strategic outcomes. The interactive training focused on building core skills such as persuasive communication, understanding negotiation dynamics, and reaching win-win solutions in high-pressure environments.
This training marks another successful chapter in our collaboration with SwissCham Egypt, whose Executive Education programs continue to support the evolving needs of member companies through tailored corporate training, as well as MBA and DBA programs.
We are deeply grateful to Marven Ghaly, Lafarge Egypt’s Country HR & Communications Director, for his unwavering support and dedication to creating meaningful learning opportunities for his team. We also extend our thanks to SwissCham Egypt for their ongoing trust and shared commitment to academic and professional excellence.
As we continue to work together to equip business professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, this initiative stands as a clear example of how strategic partnerships can foster growth, innovation, and leadership in the workplace.
