Code of Ethics

The Swiss School of Management is further committed to providing equal educational opportunities for all students, including those with disabilities. We adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, such as the Italian Law 104/1992 which is fundamental for protecting the rights of students with disabilities in Italy, or the Spanish Law 51/2003 about Equal Opportunities, Non-Discrimination, and Universal Accessibility Law for People with Disabilities, that addresses the requirement for educational institutions to provide policies and procedures for accommodating students with disabilities.
Important to note is, that our In-Residence Program Centers are not legally obligated to provide housing solutions for students with disabilities. However, all our centers ensure fair access and the necessary support to enable these students to fully benefit from their education.

We will be trustworthy and answerable for our conduct, decisions and obligations and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. We recognize our obligation to report unethical conduct to appropriate authorities.
